employed her as an additional cleaner to work independently for me on 2 or 3 mornings a
week. She is responsible for general cleaning and ironing and some occasional work in the
garden.
I would describe Wieslawa as very conscientious and absolutely trustworthy and honest.
She works hard and is always efficient in the time allocated to her and takes instructions
readily. Coordinating with another cleaner who is not always there is not the easiest task
and Wieslawa copes very well. I am also very glad that her knowledge of English has
progressed a lot over the years and I believe she has the ambition to progress further.
